My Approach
I believe therapy should meet people where they are at and push them to reach their full potential. My approach combines Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while learning real-life tools they can actually use outside of sessions.
Together, we’ll work on building awareness into unhelpful patterns, building emotional resilience, improving relationships, and developing healthier ways to cope with stress, overwhelm, and self-criticism. I help clients learn how to slow down, respond instead of react, and create lasting changes that feel sustainable.
My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a space where you feel safe being fully yourself while also feeling challenged and supported in your growth. Therapy with me is not about perfection, it’s about learning how to navigate life with more confidence, balance, and self-compassion.
